1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using intel.threadlinqs.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted. Automated account creation is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
The platform is intended for legitimate cybersecurity research, threat intelligence analysis, and detection engineering. You may not: attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure, scrape content for use in competing services, redistribute detection rules commercially without permission, or use IOC data for offensive operations against targets you are not authorized to test.
4. Intellectual Property
All threat intelligence reports, detection rules, and platform content are copyright Threadlinqs. Free-tier users receive read access to publicly available intelligence. Detection rules may be used internally within your organization for defensive security purposes.
5. Tier Access
Platform features are gated by subscription tier. Attempting to bypass tier restrictions through technical means, API manipulation, or any other method violates these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Threadlinqs is not liable for: actions taken based on threat intelligence provided, detection rule accuracy in your specific environment, service interruptions, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@threadlinqs.com.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: February 2026.
